Poverty and unemployment are among the many problems that plague communities in the Turkana region.

Poverty and unemployment are among the many problems that plague communities in the Turkana region.

TBI has supported 13 students attending university and college for the pursuit of their dreams. One of TBI’s objectives, to make a positive, sustainable improvement in the lives of people living in the Turkana Basin region, is reflected in the opportunities given to members of the community to achieve an education, a very sustainable input in one’s life and future.

With increased knowledge and skill, TBI’s support for the youth  is a great contribution towards the MDGs 2015.
