The slab for the basement took a week to lay. It is some 10 inches thick and is full of steel. It has been designed to support heavy loads should many fossls be stored in there in the future.
The walls are beginning to go up now that the basement slab is completed.
And foundations for the rest of the lab are now underway.
We will put up some new images from Turkwel in the next post.
